In a quiet alleyway in the old quarter is this former Venetian-Ottoman bathhouse that, after several reincarnations, has undergone an elegant refit to open as a boutique hotel. Each of its five atmospheric rooms is unique – some feature striking mosaics, domed ceilings, original stone walls and steam rooms or Jacuzzis – but all are lavishly decorated with period furnishings and antiques.
