The flower-festooned courtyard is a great place to sit, but it’s what’s on the plate that will truly wow you. Classic Cretan recipes get a modern makeover here, which translates into such palate teasers as lentils with apaki (cured pork), cod with garlic potatoes, or grilled pork belly. It’s on the eastern side of town, back from the seafront.
