The knock-out wraparound sea views steal the show at this stylish 2018 white-and-wood arrival at the south end of town, but the Greek-Mediterranean food is good too, with local ingredients infusing such dishes as battered feta in honey-thyme sauce, chicken stuffed with Chios cheese or linguine with Alonnisos tuna.
