Tou Aristou

This close to the port, it makes sense to try Thessaloniki's take on fish and chips, prepared here since 1940. Thick cuts of salt cod are expertly fried in oil that changes daily, then served with golden-fried potato discs (chips, really) and garlic sauce. Delicious.
