Up in the heights of Ano Poli, beneath one of the best-preserved stretches of the city's Byzantine walls, Radikal is a handsomely styled restaurant where the kitchen more than plays its part. From huge, spanking-fresh salads to slow dishes such as rooster stewed in wine with small pasta and sheep's cheese, the food's all seasonal and expertly handled. Great wines, too.
