Opened in 2018, this 23-room hotel brings earth-toned minimalist chic to Ioannina. (The breakfast buffet is, fortunately, full maximalist.) The upper floors have views of the water – worth the €20 premium. At the time of research, a small rooftop pool was planned as well.
