Uni Sushi Bar

Unlike pale imitators elsewhere, this is the real deal. The tataki and tartar dishes are executed with precision and flair, the signature rolls are suitably creative (try the Volcano with shrimp tempura, mango and crab) and there's a respectable list of sakes to complement your sushi. The only quibble is that a number of ingredients are not locally sourced.
