The most experimental kitchen in Litohoro, Gastrodromio doesn't forget the basics of good Greek cuisine, merely adding a little flair in dishes such as scallops with lentils, mushrooms, wheat cream and fish roe, or venison 'bolognese' with saffron pasta and sheep's cheese. The charcuterie, sourced from artisanal producers around Greece, is a highlight.
