This popular taverna climbs from Lindos’ main square through several levels and dining rooms, but most diners gravitate – or should that be levitate? – to the romantic roof terrace, against the hillside and backed by trees and colourfully spotlit flowers. Appetisers include crumbly, delicious vegetable pies; mains range through grilled fish or shrimps to lamb chops with pea puree and mustard.
