One of the Cyclades' best eating experiences, in a magical setting that was once a monastery, church and a school, Doukato is rightly deserving of accolades. Owner Dimitris grows much of the produce, or sources it locally. The result? Top Naxian specialities such as gouna (sun-dried mackerel), kalogeras (beef, eggplant and cheese) and the unbelievably delicious Doukato 'Special' souvlaki.
