Occupying a prime seafront spot just northeast of the old bridge, the Paliria bears more than a passing resemblance to a modern seven-storey cruise ship, offering spacious and plain carpeted rooms with balconies and desks, plus a cafe-restaurant. Not a thriller, but it's quiet and comfortable.
