Penelope

Naxos

The know-how has been passed down to Penelope through at least four generations – one of two such families of weavers in Halki – and her fingers and feet fly on the loom. Watch her incorporate traditional designs into hats, scarves, bags and tablecloths to make fab souvenirs. You'll notice a lot of red and blue – the traditional colours of Naxos.
