Rakoun

This excellent tsipouradhiko (ouzerie in the north) hugely popular with locals, serves good Greek mezedhes and specialises in tsipouro and raki. Traditional music is played here. The terrace overlooks the ruins of Ancient Eleusis and stays busy until the small hours. If you're visiting on a Sunday or during public holidays, book a table in advance.
