Managed by a friendly young couple who can offer good hiking info, Proselinos has been fitted out in keeping with the age of this traditional building. Creaky wooden floors, black-and-white photos, lacy table covers, brass beds and antique furniture give the exposed-stone rooms, which vary substantially in size and price, plenty of atmosphere. Breakfast is a generous affair, with allergies catered for.
