Kastalia Hotel

Named for the ancient spring nearby, the Kastalia is the most recent addition to Delphi’s upscale lodging scene following a thorough renovation in 2016. Rooms are large, light and smartly decorated, with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the gulf. The hotel has its own restaurant (Elia) where the owner’s Cypriot roots show up in several recipes.
