Dutch for 'cheerio', Toedeledokie is the brainchild of Dutch artist Lucia, who supplies killer coffee, creamy milkshakes and creative toasties all day long below cheerful umbrellas on the waterfront terrace. At night, make new friends over cold beers and finely crafted cocktails and see if you can coax Lucia into divulging tips on the area's 'secret' destinations.
