The sausages hanging from the ceiling may be plastic (thanks, health codes), but this deli near the central market is the real deal. It makes its own sausages and pastourma (cured beef, though this shop also makes a version with camel meat) and stocks speciality items from all over. There are big tables where you can eat all your snacks.
