Die Graifen

In a prime riverside setting, Die Graifen has a shaded summer garden and glass-roofed, gas-heated winter garden. The menu is inspired: wild boar mousse with beetroot carpaccio, braised veal with truffled potato cakes, homemade avocado and spinach tortellini with buffalo mozzarella and tomato foam, and dark praline ice cream with hazelnut and nougat brûlée.
