On weekends it seems as though everybody’s popping by to knock back pints of Kilkenny or Guinness at this boisterous 'Irish' tipple-house. Smokers can sit downstairs or, in warm weather, spread out in the outdoor area set up on the adjacent Hirschgarten (the urban 'deer garden' that once formed the grounds of the State Chancellery).
