A relaxed and more reasonably priced alternative to the Michelin-starred finery of Rebers Pflug, this chic wine-bar/bistro under the same roof has a highly decent selection of light meals – all expertly prepared – from dry-aged beef burgers to Gaisburger Marsch (Swabian beef stew). There are some excellent regional wines represented.
