In the capable hands of the Meiers, the boutique hotel keeps things intimate with eight newly renovated rooms, featuring perks including Nespresso makers, fresh fruit and honesty bars. Top billing goes to the romantic Erker (bay window) rooms.
The restaurant (mains €14.50 to €32.50) puts a refined spin (and garden herbs) on international flavours from duck breast with truffle risotto to monkfish with langoustines and lemon-herb sauce.
