Kaiserbad

Leipzig

A depot-sized dining hall next to the converted Westwerk powerplant, Kaiserbad is a result of the ongoing gentrification of the Plagwitz area, drawing more middle-aged and middle-class clientele than older local establishments. The menu is diverse and creative, leaning primarily towards contemporary German and Italian cuisines. There are 19 kinds of beer on tap, including the surreal Cola-Weisen.
