This striking Bauhaus riverside beer-and-dance hall was designed by Carl Flieger, an assistant to the school's founder, Walter Gropius. Apart from being a piece of modern architectural history, it offers the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a beer and some refreshingly light, modern German fare in the sun.
