Hefty ceiling beams and a bar made from recycled timbers blend the old and new at this hip little drinking den. Over 300 infused spirits are used in its daily changing cocktail menu, including blackberry-infused whisky, white chocolate-infused rum and stinging nettle-infused gin.
Other cocktail ingredients might include powdered beetroot, Buddha's hand citrus, horned melon, red carrot juice and truffled egg-white, along with garnishes like oysters, crispy bacon or sculpted fruit.
