On a hot Bonn day, there are few things better than the just-made ice cream (from organic milk, no less) doled out at this cone-sized artisanal lab where you can watch the magic as it happens. Different flavours are produced daily, including such experimental ones as cactus-fig sorbet or orange-mint.
