Arguably Landsberg's best eatery is in the Bürgerbahnhof, the publicly owned train station. Savour imaginative dishes, stylishly served in the 21st-century interior, all bare lamp bulbs and exposed brick walls, as you watch people buy their tickets for the next train. The building has a great vibe (Deutsche Bahn would have replaced it with a ticket machine) and it's well worth stopping by.
