An arresting panorama of Konstanz' Altstadt spreads out before you from the top floor of this stylish newcomer. It might look nondescript from outside, but inside, rooms are very comfortable, with parquet floors and themed touches. The pick of them have balconies with fine views, while the top suite ups the romance with a whirpool bath and four-poster bed.

The spacious family rooms have Lake Constance views. Breakfast is above-par with freshly baked pastries, waffles, regional hams and cheeses, fresh fruit and eggs.
