Laeiszhalle

Hamburg

Built in 1908, the Laeiszhalle was Hamburg's premier address for classical concerts and opera. That mantle has passed to the extraordinary new Elbphilharmonie, but this splendid neobaroque edifice still hosts a regular calendar of classical performances.
