There's very little not to like about this boutique hotel in the heart of the Altstadt, parts of which are over 500 years old. Operating as a mint in a previous incarnation, the hotel's hotchpotch of rooms have been beautifully modernised with spotless new bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and wi-fi to complement the antique-y, creaky, medieval vibe.
