At this 40-cover wine restaurant, owners double as cooks to keep tables supplied with traditional dishes such as local fish, Franconian sausages and Maultaschen (pork-and-spinach ravioli). On warm days swap the rustic interior for the secluded terrace, a fine spot for some evening idling over a Franconian white.
The eight rooms upstairs are of a very high standard and boast traditional antique touches.
