Severus Stube

Smoked trout roasted in herb butter, pheasant with roast potatoes and bacon, braised beef in horseradish sauce, and warm apple strudel with vanilla custard are among the dishes served at high-backed wooden booths in Severus Stube's cosy, timber-panelled dining room, and on the cobbled laneway in summer. Reservations are recommended.
