Doctor Weinstube

Spacious rooms in this partly half-timbered building in the heart of the Altstadt have light-toned fabrics and contemporary bathrooms; some have exposed wooden beams. Post-cycling, unwind in its two saunas. Local sausages, Hunsrück deer and other specialities are served at its restaurant; the vaulted cellar contains a bar hosting live music on summer weekends (thick stone walls provide effective soundproofing).
