Having trained in some of Germany's most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens, Kajo Hiesl and Vladislav Gachyn started Goldies as a way of perfecting the humble French fry. Their trendy fast-food joint has since become an institution for hungry locals. Fries come with homemade sauces or loaded high with eclectic toppings such as slow-cooked pork knuckle with sauerkraut and crispy pig skin.
Visitors with an appetite can opt for a side of crispy fried chicken.
