Melitta Sundström

Kreuzberg

Melitta Sundström was the artist name of a famous queer Berlin soul singer who died of AIDS in 1993. This cheerful cafe with an '80s pedigree and look-at-me art draws a good chunk of its fan base from the gay community, but is really a comfy lair for all with excellent coffee and homemade cakes.

Check the website for upcoming free unplugged concerts in the 'Bel Etage' salon.
