Würzburg has tens of cafe-bakeries, but this high-ceilinged, colourful affair within the Juliusspital is great for very early starters whose trains leave before hotel breakfast is laid out. Seasonally decorated, it's warm and welcoming, though sells the same range of baked goods and sandwiches as every other place.
