The ornately carved timber chairs in this ancient wood-panelled wine bar (allegedly Rothenburg's oldest) are works of art. The simple but filling dishes, like soup in a bowl made of bread, gourmet sandwiches and cakes, are equally artistic. There's also a piano for postprandial self-expression.
