Diller's Schneeballen

Rothenburg’s most obvious speciality is Schneeballen, ribbons of dough loosely shaped into balls, deep-fried then coated in icing sugar, chocolate and other dentist's foes. Some 27 different types are produced at Diller’s Schneeballen. A more limited range is available all over town.
