Aptly named after the patron saint of bridges, this is a classy establishment in a half-timbered former mill right on the Regnitz. It has a superb restaurant (mains €15 to €30) with a terrace, and 24 new-fangled rooms of recent vintage. Breakfast is an extra €5.
