The aptly named Central Hotel, just two blocks north of the Hauptbahnhof, offers snazzy design at reasonable prices. Its 34 rooms are bright and modern, though singles can be small. For a cityscape panorama, ask for one of the three corner rooms. Breakfast costs €10.
