Shavi Lomi

Tbilisi

Shavi Lomi is the eponymous restaurant of Georgia's best-known craft brewery, and has been instrumental in transforming Tbilisi's culinary scene in the past decade. Now housed in a large mansion with a garden some way from the normal traveller haunts, it's worth a trip for its interesting menu with dishes such as lemon shrimp couscous or chicken in a walnut-pomegranate sauce.
