Go up to the 3rd floor and you'll find a bouncer – door policy is tough and you may be rejected if they don't know you, but you may also be welcomed warmly: it's unpredictable. Inside there's a bar-cum-dance floor and several chill-out rooms stuffed with Tbilisi's elegantly wasted youth.
