Perhaps Borjomi's most charming restaurant, Pesvebi has a cosy chalet-style dining room and a large outside dining area, both of which are packed on busy summer nights. Good kebabs, khinkali and local beer on tap make this a winner. Dinner reservations are a good idea during summer.
