Keikahanui Nuku Hiva Pearl Lodge

Nuku Hiva

Nuku Hiva’s only upmarket option, the Keikahanui occupies a wonderfully peaceful domain at the tip of Colette Bay. Digs are in Polynesian-style bungalows hidden in a sea of greenery on a hillside. They are commodious and decked out with tapa and woodcarved panels. Each bungalow has a private balcony with an eye-popping view over the bay.

There’s a gorgeous but small swimming pool overlooking the bay, a bar and a good restaurant.
