This Canadian-run microbrewery is one of Chamonix' most unpretentious and gregarious watering holes, pouring its own locally made blonde, stout, pale ale, German-style wheat beer and mystery beer of the month. Soaking it up is a menu of huge burgers, poutine (chips with cottage cheese and gravy) and vegetarian choices. Eclectic live music (usually from 9pm) could mean anything from soul to hard rock. Enormously satisfying.
Closes at 1am outside ski season.
