If you've developed a desire to get closer to the Camargue's bulls by eating them, then head to the Grange, an ode to Camargue's gardians, with bull-herding memorabilia on the walls and plenty of taureau (bull meat) on the menu. Portions are copious, and you can begin with a Lou Gardian, the house apéro, mixing white wine and peach liqueur.
