Charm personified, this quintessential village auberge (country inn) on the main street has welcomed travellers since the 18th century and is a gorgeous spot to stay. Rooms are simple but elegant, and the sweeping view of the southern Luberon from valley-facing rooms is breathtaking – especially considering the bargain-basement rates.
The restaurant (two-/three-course lunch menu €16/21, dinner menu €31) is also well worth a visit, with a truly glorious panoramic terrace. If you’re staying, ask about half-board.
