Named after the multi-hull proa (prao in French) sailboat typical to the Pacific and Indian Oceans, this hipster bistro takes great pride in the products it cooks with, all sourced locally from small, often artisan producers. The result is a light, healthy cuisine packed with lots of vegetables, herbs, seeds and pulses to accompany the daily effet mer (fish dish) and effet terre (meat dish). Sunday brunch (petit/huge €12/22) buzzes.
