Across the street from the old-fashioned carousel that spins on the water edge is this hipster cafe. Seating is a mix of sage-green Fermob (pavement terrace) and second-hand vintage (retro interior), and everything on the picnic-perfect menu is also to go. The hot and cold sandwiches, homemade tarts (imagine fennel, cranberry, peanut and chives in one sensational mix) with salad, soups and desserts ooze creativity.
