You can peer down from the balconies or through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to see either the late-night drinking scene or the Saturday-morning market which snakes past the front door of this basic six-storey hotel. Inside, rooms are small, with contemporary furnishings. Rooms at the back are quieter and have views of the ramparts.
