This fabulously convivial wine bar is named after the alcohol that evaporates through a barrel during wine or whisky fermentation: the 'angels’ share'. Take your pick of dozens of wines by the glass, listed by region on a blackboard behind the bar, or buy a bottle to take away. Steak, pasta and other wine-friendly ballast is available.
